Delivery times may vary depending on your location, but we always strive to get your items to you as quickly as possible. Please note that we currently deliver only within Ireland.

Once your order is placed, our team works diligently to process it. Most orders are processed and dispatched within 1 business day, depending on the time of order and product availability. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may require an additional business day for processing.
2. Shipping Options
We offer multiple shipping options to meet your needs:
- Standard Delivery: Typically takes 2 to 3 business days for your order to reach you, depending on your location within Ireland.
- Expedited Shipping: A faster option, with delivery usually within 1 business day.
- Next-Day Delivery: For urgent orders, we offer next-day delivery in select areas for guaranteed fast arrival.
You can select your preferred delivery method during checkout, where the shipping costs and estimated delivery times for each option will be displayed.
3. Delivery Partners
We work with trusted courier services to ensure that your vaping products are delivered securely and on time. Every order is carefully packaged to prevent damage during transit, and extra care is taken for fragile or high-value items.
4. Order Tracking
After your order is dispatched, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. This allows you to monitor your parcel’s journey from our warehouse to your doorstep. You can track your order via the courier’s website for real-time updates on its location and estimated delivery time.
5. Delivery Areas
We currently deliver within Ireland only. We are working towards expanding our delivery services internationally and hope to offer worldwide shipping in the future.
6. Delivery Fees
- A flat delivery fee of €10 applies to all orders under €99.
- Free Standard Delivery is available for orders over €99 within Ireland.
7. Missing or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged or with missing items, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will investigate the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible. While we aim for every order to be perfect, we understand that issues can occasionally occur during transit.
